MALIGNANT PYODERMA
It is unclear whether Malignant Pyoderma (MP) is a separate entity or a variant of pyoderma gangrenosum. Some of these cases have been identified as as an atypical form of Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis.

Rapidly developing crusted, ulcerating lesions affecting the head and neck of young people is typical.
Differential Diagnosis
