KERATOSIS PUNCTATA
Keratosis punctata (KP) are small keratotic papules that develop on the palms and soles.
Clinical
A fixed, hyperkeratotic papule may develop on the palms or soles. Paring the lesion helps exclude a corn (no translucent core) or a verruca (no black dots). No epidermal collarette is seen.
Treatment
No treatment is needed. Routine paring may be done.
