WHITE FORELOCK
A White Forelock (WF) is a small patch of white hair is seen along the anterior hairline.
- It may occur in association with Waardenberg syndrome,[piebaldism, or as an isolated finding.
- It is a subset of poliosis.
- Poliosis—also called poliosis circumscripta—is a condition in which a patch—or patches—of white hair occur when the rest of the hair color is normal.
Treatment
No treatment is needed. The hair may be dyed to match.
