A 33-year-old man presented with progressively enlarging bumps on the scrotum that were present since adolescence. The lesions were asymptomatic without associated pruritus, pain, or discharge.
IDIOPATHIC SCROTAL CALCINOSIS
Idiopathic scrotal calcinosis (ISC) is a benign condition that may result from epidermal inclusion cysts of the scrotum that calcify.
Treatment is not needed. Individual lesions may be excised.
