DILATED PORE of WINER
A dilated pore of Winer is a large dilated single comedone. It most commonly occurs on the face, but may also develop on the back. Both the dilated pore of Winer and the pilar sheath acanthoma may present in such a manner.
Covering with makeup didn't help much.
