ACCESSORY NIPPLE/POLYTHELIA
Also known as polythelia, this condition represents the presence of one or more extra nipples.
Clinical
The accessory nipple usually presents at birth as one or more brown areas along the milk line that stretches from the axilla through the normal nipple to the groin. Most lesions occur just below the normal nipple. When two occur, they often occur at the same level but on opposite sides.
Treatment
No treatment is needed although simple excision may be done.
