PUNCTATE KERATOSES OF THE PALMAR CREASES
In punctate keratoses of the palmar creases, the patient, usually darker-skinned, develops small hyperkeratotic plugs or if these are removed, shallow pits in the large creases of the palms and fingers. The soles may be involved.
No treatment is needed nor known effective.
