Dilate Pore of Winer

A dilated pore of Winer is a large dilated single comedone. It most commonly occurs on the face, but may also develop on the back. Both the dilated pore of Winer and the pilar sheath acanthoma may present in such a manner.


The core may be expressed for temporary relief but recurrence is expected. Simple excision is curative.
