ACTINIC GRANULOMA

Actinic Granuloma
Multiple annular lessons on the neck and upper trunk of an adult.


Actinic granuloma appears to be an immune attack on photo-altered elastic tissue. Annular lesion occurring on sun-exposed skin are seen. Histopathology shows elastic fibers being engulfed by immune cells.

Clinical

Papules that spread out to form annular dermal rings (without scale) are seen in sun-exposed areas.
