The child presents with silvery vesicles on both palms.



A pregnant woman with redness, just of the palms.



A man with a gram-negative toe web infection of the toes develops a rash on the hands as well.



A 15-year-old is found to have 3 pigmented papules scattered on the trunk and this on the palms.



The palm on the right with its yellowish color is the abnormal one.


A 40-year-old woman has this acute eruption on both palms. Biopsy shows an inflammatory cell infiltration, collagen degeneration and mucin deposition within the dermis.
